There is no one quite like 2manydjs. The brotherly duo from Belgium play anything and everything with a real sense of energy and cohesion.

They return to play a special set in Manchester at Gorilla on August 23rd and before that we look at five of their best sets.

When Soulwax played a home gig at Pukkelpop in 2017 they tore the roof off the place. Their mash up sound was in full effect and they dropped everything from Mr Oizo to Guns N Roses.

We love this pair as much as anyone in the UK so when they headlined Reading they knew they could do whatever they wanted. And so it was, with mega visuals and a set filled with old classics, future classics, and unknown instant classics that made for a riots occasion indeed.

Of course, an act as essential as Soul Wax are always going to get tapped up for the most famous mix session of them all. Their entry last year was a fine mix of weird electronics, techno and study trickery.

Not many acts from the west make a mark in China but Soulwax of course transcend all borders and boundaries. They were in experimental mood when this one was recorded and pulled no punches when serving up an arresting sessions at Midi Electronic Music Festival in 2017.

When playing in Ibiza the pair switched up their sound to something more playful, euphoric, happy and accessible but the results are just as electric.
